Akmoliver working out of his own studio on the south coast brings together shadow style beats with Boards of Canada and Fourtet ambience to create his own style of chilled breaks, with other influences from the likes of Ian Brown, M83, Radiohead and Brian Eno.
His style of music has progressed over the past 6 years and has finally found a way of creating music he loves. Akmoliver has also been playing live abelton sets with fellow Hit and Hope artist Fraktal and they have been gaining respect from playing their own style of mash ups using sampled vocals with amen style breaks and lush hooks.
With the aid of Stuart Slade and Stuart Weller of Early Morning Soundtrack he has lately been working alongside them to create some beautiful new tracks, which are to be released early next year on 7" To follow will be an album, which has already begun its path to completion, with plans to record in a historic castle in Wales.
Also soon to come will be his new web site which is being rebuilt into an interactive studio where you will be able to use his own sounds and samples to create your own tracks. But in the mean time check out his tracks at www.myspace.com/akmoliver
